Our Jacksonville Beach rentals are in an HOA Community and must follow the regulations set forth.

Quiet Hours: 8:00 pm until 10:00 am (please be quiet on all porches, balconies, and all community spaces including the
parking lot)

Tenants are not permitted to have pets. Unless Service Animal Registration has been provided and applicable fees have been paid. 

Automobile Parking; Passenger automobiles, vans and small trucks used for personal transportation that do not exceed the size of one (1) parking space may be parked in the areas provided for that purpose. No trailers, RVs, boats are
permitted.

Short Term Rentals shall not be for less than 1 week reservation blocks at a time, however, by law, the dates you physically occupy the property are the dates in which you shall be charged for. For Instance, if you book for 3 nights, once your reservation is approved your booking will block for 1 week in order to stay in compliance with HOA regulations, but you will only be charged for 3 nights. 

Occupants are required to park in the two (2) spaces that are assigned to that unit. They are not to park in visitor spaces.
